Link: US Courts.
Here's the status of e-filing in the US Courts as of May 2005.
CM/ECF systems are now in use in 73 district courts, 82 bankruptcy courts, the Court of International Trade and the Court of Federal Claims. Most of these courts are accepting electronic filings. Almost 19 million cases are on CM/ECF systems, and more than 180,000 attorneys and others have filed documents over the Internet. Under current plans, the number of CM/ECF courts will increase steadily each month through 2005. Each court goes through an implementation process that takes about 10 months.
Does anyone know of a central e-filing list or link resource for state courts?
~~ Dave
You'll find that the PACER website contains links to all courts that use it for electronic filing. More helpful, however, is the "US Party Case Index" on PACER (http://www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/uspci.html) where an index of basic information for all (actually most) of the cases electronically filed can be found. For example, you can search a single party and see where across the country the party has been sued. This index includes both open and closed cases.

Does anyone know how to activate comments you have already created after you OCR a PDF document? Also would like to know if there is a way to remove/hide comments from a PDF, and then send as an attachment for someone else's viewing. I do not want them to be able to view comments I have created.
Thanks for any and all help,
Amy
