I saw a demo of NeatReceipts in the Houston airport and if they'd have had a version that worked with the Mac I'd have bought it. Now, David Pogue, the New York Times technology reporter has glowing things to say about this tool. Only $169.00 at Amazon if you're interested (and have a Windows computer, that is).
Have you see online business cards?

I used Neat Receipts for about a year and thougth the interface was clunky. A few months ago, I got a Visioneer Road Warrior to try as an alternative. I already used PaperPort 11 and found the Visioneer a much more streamlined way to deal with receipts and business cards than Neat Receipts. Visioneer uses what it calls "One Touch" which stores scanned images in a folder called "One Touch Documents." PaperPort 11 allows you to drag and drop from "One Touch Documents" directly to the folder in whiuch you store your scanned utility bill receipts, for example. A great inprovment over the Neat Receipts interface.
