A while ago I tried using a Tablet PC and enjoyed it very much. One problem, though, was that I couldn't use the hand writing feature to put notes into a PDF document. Adobe and Microsoft had not yet created a way for the two programs to talk to one another.
Recently, someone has come up with a way to make these two programs tightly integrated. As described on the Acrobat for Legal Professionals blog, you can now write directly on top of PDF documents using a $69 plug-in (AutoInk, from EverMap).
