Inserting comments into a PDF is helpful to you as a lawyer, or paralegal, and so now you are a comment inserting machine. But what about deleting comments?. Let's say you have a multi-page PDF with lots of comments strewn throughout. What if you want to delete all the comments, so you can send the PDF to an opposing counsel or someone that you don't want to see the comments. Do you have to delete them one by one?
No you don't, thank God. Watch this one minute video to find out how you can delete a bunch of comments at once.
But what to do if you want to delete only some comments, for example those that contain a certain word or phrase?
For that you can use this tool, created by me.

Excellent tip. But why was it necessary to embed a video showing how this is done? The same instruction could be given with plain text: "Go to the comment tab to view the comments. Select the first one, then hit Shift while selecting the last one. Delete."

If you want to delete selected comments then I think that 'Command + CLICK' will work (or Control + CLICK on PC). As for why I would do the video, the answer is to try that method out. I want to do more videos and then eventually combine them into a larger segment on PDF tips.
